Our fitness programmes are designed to be convenient for you. This has always remained central to our philosophy and means that our team of experts will meet you at your home, your office or outdoors in Regent’s Park.
This means that your trainer will bring all the equipment that you’ll need for your workouts and sessions can take place any time from 6.00am until 9.00pm, across the entire week.
Fitness is a way of life and by working with our personal trainers i you will see how easy and fun it is to incorporate exercise into your lifestyle.
Our personal trainers are able to take your sessions in your home or outdoors such as Regent’s Park or Primrose Hill, if you prefer. They will provide everything you need for your workout, including your training equipment and mats, so you can focus on getting in shape.
We aim to find out as much about you as possible – what you want to achieve, your schedule and more about your diet and lifestyle.
By the end of your consultation, and the free taster session, your personal trainer will be able to put together a bespoke personal fitness program that fits your life and schedule perfectly – helping you to get from where you are now to where you would like to be.
