Our personal training programs are designed to get real results, regardless of your current fitness level and lifestyle.
Sessions are available from 6.00am until 9.00pm every day of the week, including on weekends. We can also train you anywhere that you choose; from your back garden to Blackheath Park. View our services page for a full list of our available personal training.
Your journey begins with a free workout, where we assess your current lifestyle, diet and activity levels as well as looking at your goals and schedule. From here we establish a fitness training program that will help restore fitness and lead to a healthier toned physique.
Personal training sessions are 1 hour long and clients are encouraged to follow a program for at least 10 sessions in order to see the benefits.
