We train 7 days a week, from as early as 6.00am to as late as 10.00am, so we are confident we can cater for almost every client, no matter how busy their schedule is.
Training where and when clients prefer, means they are completely confident with their workouts, and also means they avoid commutes to the gym and conserve their energy for their inspiring, intense 1-hour workouts with us. The results on that basis have been emphatic!
All of our personal trainers are carefully selected to joining the MotivatePT family and must all hold personal training qualifications with some of the leading institutions in the land and also share the same passion and drive we have in achieving results for our clients.
All of our team are friendly and approachable individuals and are on-hand before or after sessions to discuss nutritional advice and/or workouts you can follow in between our sessions.
We being by initially offering all interested clients a free consultation so they can meet with their carefully assigned, qualified personal trainer that we have assigned. This gives you the opportunity to meet your trainer and discuss you goals and motivation at great length.
To add to this, we offer a free 30 minute session so you can sample the workout and techniques we would envisage introducing, you can decide if we are right for you and vice versa.
