As part of our duty to you, our personal trainers offer complete flexibility by being on hand to train from as early as 6.00am right the way up until 9.00pm, 7-days-a-week. We offer 1-to-1 personal training and also couples personal training which allows you to share the cost of your sessions with a friend or partner.
Our programs will help you to burn fat, tone-up and increase your fitness and self-confidence.
We understand that our work is not over after your 60 minute session, and we offer ongoing help both with exercise tips and nutritional advice on an ongoing basis so you can install these into your lifestyle outside of session.
Our trainer will be able to develop nutritional plans so you can stick to a healthy, low fat diet that is full of nutrients and one fully catered to your fitness and health goals.
We offer all new clients a free consultation so to further discuss their requirements with their assigned trainer. Thereafter, you are immediately put through a 30 minute workout so you can better sample what mobile personal training has to offer and more importantly, allows you assess the work and techniques that our trainer is looking to introduce.
