Our bespoke endurance event fitness programs will help you to improve your performance and recovery times whilst keeping your body strong, functional and injury free. Depending upon your particular endurance challenge and destination, we will also include periodisation programming and acclimatisation training together with race preparation and sports nutrition. An individually tailored muscular strength and stretching program will also be developed that will help to offset the negative impact of long endurance challenges on your posture and joints.
