We understand our clients in Richmond face busy lives and long commutes in the day, and have difficulty finding the time, energy and motivation to work out regularly in the week. Our approach means that no matter how busy your schedule, we can make sure you find the time to exercise.
As such we offer personal training sessions from 6.00am until very late in the evening, on any day of the week, including weekends.
All are personal trainers at MotivatePT must be certified to the highest level with REPS Level III as a minimum level, and they also have additional specialisms and training which means that we can help individuals with a wide and unique range of requirements.
Our trainer can also create or suggest nutritional plans for you which will complement your training program and allow you to improve your overall healthy living outside of our sessions.
