Through this approach, we have improved our clients’ bodies and health because we strongly feel, that the biggest obstacle for people to commit to a regular routine of training is finding the time and energy to do so.
This is why we aim to knock them both down by arranging sessions in your free time, either at your home or in a local park, so you save the commute and effort of getting to a gym.
Our personal trainers deliver highly-varied workouts involving a wide array of training techniques and fitness equipment which will accompany them to every session (depending on your class plan for that particular session).
They are on hand you at a time from 6.00am in the morning to 9.00pm in the evening, 7-days-a-week. We hope this means that all clients can find a 60 minute slot in their diary to commit to!
Not convinced yet and wish to find out more? Not to worry – we understand that the notion of mobile personal training can be alien to most. This is why we also offer a free 30 minute taster session along with the at-home consultation by our selected personal trainer.
