Whatever your individual goals, we will work around your wedding plans, helping you to get into the best shape of your life for the biggest day of your life. Our team will help you to work towards your goals by blending elements of cardio, core and resistance training to help you to get in shape in the most time efficient way.
Focusing on a tailored training plan is also an incredible way to de-stress during this hectic period, and get some much-needed ‘me-time’. Setting aside just a few hours each week to focus on your health and fitness will pay off hugely on the big day, on your honeymoon and beyond. If you don’t want to train alone, we can train brides and grooms together, brides and their mums and we even do group sessions for family and bridesmaids. Exercising together is a fun way to let off steam and socialise in the build up to your wedding day.

MotivatePT will match you to one of our vetted & brilliant trainers, who will kickstart your fitness journey with a free 45 min taster & consultation session. This will take place at a time and location of your choosing
Once the match is made, you simply need to pick the block, which suits you. You will feel supported and motivated at every step of the fitness journey, until exercise begins to feel like an exciting part of your everyday.
Frequently Asked Questions.
The type of training you will be doing with MotivatePT is completely tailored to you and your fitness goals. Some brides want to drop a dress size before their big day, so we may do more cardio-based training. Other brides simply want to tone-up and develop some muscle definition ahead of their wedding, so we may do more bodyweight exercises.
What we can assure you is that with our approach at MotivatePT is quite unlike training by yourself in the gym. Our training style is fun, varied and highly motivational. We understand that most brides are stressed and busy in the lead up to their wedding day, so we do all that we can to alleviate the worries you have about how you will be looking and feeling. Every bride should invest time in herself and her body and this is why we really value our bridal clients.
This really depends on the change you are trying to achieve.
If you simply want to lose a bit of weight, tone-up and feel body confident then we would recommend starting a training plan at least 3 months in advance of the big day. We often see brides 2 – 3 times a week and with dedicated 1 hour sessions, and an oversight in what you are eating, we can really help you to achieve some fantastic changes in your diet and lifestyle.
However, having said that, it is not uncommon for us to receive a call from a bride with just 4 weeks to go. If you are prepared to dedicate some time, we will work with you to make sure you are feeling confident when the day finally arrives.
Nutrition is a huge part of the fitness journey with any bride that we work with. Nutritional advice is all part of our programme and is included in your block price. We can sense-check the content in your fridge, send over recipe ideas, or even dedicate 1 hour training sessions solely to nutrition.
Most commonly, when we work with brides, we help create a food plan to make sure that you are eating what your body needs, and not taking part in emotional eating which can happen when brides-to-be are stressed. This food plan will be carefully to compliment your training programme and your training goals.
YES! We have many couples that train in pairs in preparation of their big day. It is a great way to bond with your partner and destress, and while we are biased, we strongly believe it is far more fun than wedding planning!
Often training with your partner can be a great way to stay motivated during your fitness journey.
Our packages are designed to be flexible, with a 6 month duration on any of our blocks. We offer blocks of 10, 20 or 30 sessions, so you can decide on your personal commitment level and simply renew a block all the way up to your wedding (and even beyond!).
