It is clear that are clients are leading busier and more frantic lives which is why it is critical that fitness training is wholly convenient to you; both the time and place, so you can commit to a regular routine in order to make the gains you want to achieve. For that reason our personal trainers in Marylebone and London will come to your home and will bring all the necessary fitness equipment with them, or should you prefer, we will also happily come to your workplace or outdoors in Regent’s Park and Primrose Hill.
Sessions are 1 hour long and wholly bespoke and designed to your individual fitness level and will aim to get you where you want to be, through steady and safe improvement each week! Our whole training philosophy is about making exercise enjoyable and convenient for you, so that you are able to stick to your program and develop healthy new habits.
At each session, you are more than welcome to delve into however much information you wish to discuss and we also encourage our clients to keep track of what they eat and plan their meals accordingly, to ensure you achieve the results you seek faster! And as part of our holistic approach to all our clients, we offer ongoing advice on nutrition and on meal plans, ensuring that our clients make the right changes to their diet to best complement their fitness goals and objectives.
