To begin we offer all new customers a free assessment by one of our qualified trainers, who will also put you through your paces in a free 30 minute taster session.

After your free visit, our personal trainers will design an individual fitness program that will get you to where you need to be, based on your goals and your current fitness ability.
We believe in giving our clients complete flexibility in when they wish to train. So whether you want to train at 6.00am on Saturday morning or 9.00pm on Thursday night, our trainers are available to train you 7 days-a-week.
