Here at MotivatePT, we are not big fans of the gym. And nor are most of our clients. Why? We do this by bring training directly to you, and are able to train you at your home, in your garden, your workplace or even your local park, and will present all the fitness equipment you will need for each and every your workouts.

We are experts at creating fitness programs that are fun, and designed with you in mind. Our trainers can also assist you with nutritional and lifestyle coaching as part of your holistic program aimed at transforming your bad habits into good ones.

Our personal training programs are designed to get real results, regardless of your current fitness level and lifestyle.

Sessions are available from 6.00am until 9.00pm every day of the week, including on weekends. We can also train you anywhere that you choose; from your back garden to Blackheath Park. View our services page for a full list of our available personal training.

Your journey begins with a free workout, where we assess your current lifestyle, diet and activity levels as well as looking at your goals and schedule. From here we establish a fitness training program that will help restore fitness and lead to a healthier toned physique.

Personal training sessions are 1 hour long and clients are encouraged to follow a program for at least 10 sessions in order to see the benefits.
