If you are like many women who feel more comfortable with a female personal trainer, then this is something we are able to accommodate. It is a common request and one which we get asked about a lot. Having someone who you can connect with and can relate to will help you to achieve your goals far quicker. Many women feel that a female trainer will understand their bodies better and the stages that they are going through, from pregnancy to menopause to the most common issue of weight gain. After all, the female body is built very differently to a mans.
There are many male trainers out there that in reality can help you just as much as a female, however, you may not feel as confident in your session.
Therefore, we will go through a matching process and will find you a trainer who will work for you and your individual needs.
You just need to clearly specify this when completing your booking form. All of our personal trainers are highly qualified and all have a Level 3 Certificate. Our trainers bring their equipment to you or you can easily train online. This enables you to start your new fitness journey in the comfort of your own home, in the office or a park. We work around you and your schedule so, therefore, fitness becomes easy to slot into your schedule.
The majority of the clients we work with are female. They are a mixture of mums, professionals and senior women. We, therefore, try to hire a wide range of female personal trainers who have different personality types, skill sets, and approaches.

How often will my trainer visit me?
Our trainers are able to visit you 7 days a week! However, in reality most trainers will work with clients from 1-3 days a week depending on your goal.
How do you match me to my female personal trainer?
Firstly, you will complete the booking form and inform us about your circumstances and goals, and what you would like to obtain from our specifically designed programmes. We match our expert trainers to your individual needs. If you live in London and want in person sessions we also will look at your location and place a trainer who is able to train you at your precise location. Otherwise, we will match you to the best fit in our wide and diverse trainers if you are looking for online fitness sessions.
We also like to match you to someone who we feel will match your personality; in order for you to get the most out of each session. So if you need a soft approach we will make sure the trainer is able to deliver this. If you need to be held accountable, we will pair you with a female personal trainer, who we know will hold you to these standards.
Where will we train if I want in person sessions in London?
All of our trainers have their own gym equipment and can come to your location, whether that may be your house, your office or a local park; we are flexible.
What qualifications does my female personal trainer hold?
All of our trainers are highly qualified and each hold a minimum of Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification. Many also hold other specific certificates in relation to their type of training for example, pre and post-natal fitness certifications. What is your approach?
Our training approach is very friendly and we are certainly not military style. We love to guide and support you through this journey. The aim is that, by the time you reach the end of your programme, you will fall in love with fitness. Our trainers will design specific programmes to your likes and dislikes in order for you to meet your goals. So if you hate running, we will find other forms of cardio that do the same job and that are more fun for you!
