We take the time to understand your goals and motivations through a free consultation service so if you are interested in joining us, we can kick-start a healthy, new program that will be driven towards your objectives and timeframe.
As part of our commitment to you, our personal trainers are also on-hand to offer nutritional advice and meal plans suggestions based on your fitness goals and lifestyle.
Our trainers understand how to develop nutritional plans that work and that will complement your workout program. We also give you “homework” on exercises you can do on you own away from our sessions, so when you are not with us, you will continually make progress each week.
We offer all interested customers with a free at-home consultation in which our personal trainer will visit you to discuss your goals, motivations, fitness history and schedule further. This will allow them to picture a program for you.
Furthermore, you will also be guided through a free 30 minute workout so you can sample our work first-hand, as well the work of our trainer. If you are happy with what you see, we would be delighted to have you on board.
