Our trainers truly know what works for you, and as part of our holistic approach, our trainers will be on hand to offer nutritional advice and ongoing meal plan suggestions to ensure you develop and maintain healthier eating habits with us.
We offer a free at-home consultation so they can meet with our personal trainer and discuss their training requirements, their goals and their schedule. Immediately thereafter, you will also be guided through a free 30 minute taster session as well, so you can experience our work first-hand, as we recognise it can be new to so many people.
