1. Free Consultation is arranged with our expert trainer that best meets the client’s requirements, so you can further discuss needs and look at their goals in greater detail.
2. We also offer a 30 minute personal training based on your goals as part of this visit, so you can experience what we offer and sample what will be in store should you commit to further sessions
