Whilst we are weight-loss specialists we have personal trainers that also offer specific fitness programs including pregnancy fitness, postnatal exercise, running training, injury rehabilitation, sports programs and programs for those suffering from health problems.

We offer a free at-home consultation so they can meet with our personal trainer and discuss their training requirements, their goals and their schedule. Immediately thereafter, you will also be guided through a free 30 minute taster session as well, so you can experience our work first-hand, as we recognise it can be new to so many people.
