Your start with a completely free first session held in Stoke Newington, anywhere of your choosing, from your home to a local park to your office. You have complete control over selecting the location of your sessions. All of our personal trainers are able drivers and will bring whatever fitness equipment is required to each session. You only need to worry about being ready to go in your gym gear! The taster session is a chance to have a friendly chat and ask questions. You will also have the chance to give personal training a try and see if you like it.
Thereafter, our sessions are tailored to you. Once we talk with you about your fitness interests, your medical history and your training preferences we can start to devise fitness classes that are perfect for you, and only you! Each personal training session lasts for one hour and you can have one a week, one a month or one every day! You can create your own fitness schedule and we will work hard to support you in every way we can.
For the majority of clients they ask us to look over their current diet and help create meal plans. One must not underestimate the sheer importance of eating well whilst training. You need to eat for energy for your fitness sessions and we can give you ideas for easy, tasty and realistic meals, which you can rustle up in no time.
