Recipe: Chocolate Protein Balls
These are perfect for upping the energy during that 3pm slump, or pre workout to give you a little extra boost!
Makes around 8 balls
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 2 teaspoons cacao powder
- 40g nut butter
- 20ml maple syrup/honey
- 15ml water
- A handful of cacao nibs
Add all the ingredients to a high power food processor and blend.
Mould the mixture into small balls and place into the fridge, where they should be stored.
