Recipe: Pesto and Chicken Wrap
The ideal quick, easy lunch recipe – you can also multiply the recipe and prep this in advance and have your lunches ready for the week!
- 1 chicken breast, sliced, or precooked chicken breast
- 2 teaspoons of pesto
- 1-2 wholemeal wraps (depending how filled you like your wraps!)
- Chopped cucumber and red pepper
- Spinach leaves
Spoon the pesto onto the chicken and stir well.
Lay the chopped veggies and spinach onto the wrap, and add chicken.
Wrap and roll and eat!
