Menopause Changes Everything. The Right Exercise Can Help.

Perimenopause
Menopause
Disturbed sleep / brain fog
Strength
Bone health
Weight management

The hormonal changes of perimenopause and menopause affect almost everything — body composition, bone density, sleep, energy, mood and recovery. A generic training plan ignores all of this and the wrong approach can make symptoms worse.

Our trainers who specialise in menopause fitness understand how oestrogen and progesterone affect the body, what training methods support this transition, and how to build a programme that works with your body — not against it.

Menopause Training FAQs

Do you have trainers who specialise in menopause?

Yes. We match you with trainers who understand the physical and emotional changes that happen during perimenopause and menopause, adapting every session around your symptoms, recovery and goals.

What are the most common menopause symptoms?

Hot flushes are only part of the picture. Many women experience poor sleep, brain fog, memory lapses, anxiety, aching joints, unexpected leg cramps, reduced muscle strength, weight changes and lower energy levels. Our coaching is designed around these realities, not generic fitness plans.

Can exercise really help menopause?

Regular exercise, particularly strength training, can support muscle mass, bone health, mood, energy, sleep and confidence. We tailor your programme to how you feel each week, recognising that symptoms naturally fluctuate. It’s one of the most powerful ways to navigate menopause and help you get on with life through this transitional phase.

Why is strength training so important?

As hormone levels change, maintaining muscle and bone health becomes increasingly important. Strength training helps support long-term health while making everyday life feel easier and keeping you stronger for years to come.

I’m exhausted all the time. Should I still exercise?

Often, yes—but the right type of exercise matters. Some weeks your body is ready to push harder, while others it benefits more from gentle movement. We’ll adapt your sessions accordingly. And the amazing thing about working with a coach—a real human—is you can talk through your symptoms in each session, and we can adapt on the spot.
