Our service is mobile which means that we come and train you wherever you wish; be it in your living room in the winter, or outdoors in the summer. This avoids the effort and inconvenience of traipsing to a gym or tying yourself to a monthly membership. You train however times you wish and when you wish.
This is because our flexible team of male and female personal trainers are available from as early as 6.00am to 9.00pm, on any day of the week, including weekends.
As an experienced team of trainers we thrive on the results that we achieve for our clients. This is why our team offer nutritional advice, and tips on workouts you can do on your own, in-between our workouts.
We can offer dietary programs completely centred on your schedule and lifestyle, and are based upon ways of eating that is both safe and effective. Our support doesn’t stop after are sessions – we hope to guide you through, what is, a lifestyle change!
In addition to the free at-home consultation which is designed so you can meet with our expert trainer, we also offer a free 30 minute workout as part of the same visit; so not only can we assess your current ability, but it also enables you to trial personal training completely free of charge, before deciding whether to continue for further sessions thereafter.
