Our personal trainers in Surrey offer complete flexibility towards you, your schedule and your training goals by being on-hand from as early as 6.00am right the way up until 9.00pm, 7-days-a-week throughout the wonderful land.
In addition to offering 1-to-1 personal training, we also train couples or friends together at no extra expense – so in turn, you can effectively split your cost in half between 2 people.
Our support & guidance does not stop after your 60 minute sessions. We offer ongoing nutritional advice to all our clients, based on their goals and program. We also discuss meal plans to perfectly compliment the above, and track your progress throughout!

You free consultation can begin with a free health check to look at your body weight, blood pressure, BMI, body fat and other health indicators. This will give you a real understanding of where you are starting from and where you want to get to.
The discussion moves on to your goals, objectives, motivations and training schedule, so your personal trainer gains a better understanding of how you create a programme best suited to you.
