This is a 30 minute session so you can sample our work and the work of our assigned personal trainer first-hand. In addition to this – we also offer a free at-home consultation as part of the same visit, which will serve to aid our personal trainer in Kingston to develop a tailored program that will help you achieve your goals whether they be weight loss, muscle toning, postnatal fitness, antenatal exercise, boxing, running, triathlon training, kettlebell training etc.
